There are many different shapes on barns on this page.  He had photos of barns from many different states, and we wrote the information that was on the slide. Please keep in mind that road names have changed since some of these photos were taken, so the location may not be the same today as it was when he took the photo of the barn.  Also he usually would write the name of the barn as the name of the owner, which he found on the mailbox at the residence.

Many of these barns are no longer standing. This is the way that these Mail Pouch barns looked in the 60′s-80′s.  I have no ideal how he managed to find all these barns, I guess he would pass them when driving to take photos of a bridge somewhere. Which probably explains why there are many from Greene County, PA.  He would travel to Greene and Washington County quite a bit to take photos of their bridges.  If you click on the picture you will then get more details about the Mail Pouch barn that was on the slide which he wrote.
